Basic Labor Law & Steward Training:RI Council 94, AFSCME is offering a 4 week program open to ALL members. We will continue to provide new locations and training sessions as needed. Leadership Training:
A comprehensive training course for new officers, executive board members or members who may be interested in becoming involved in their local. This course offers guidance to the participants on how to perform your duties, how to participate in a meeting and your role as a union member and officer.
