1st Annual Cornhole Tournament

On Saturday, August 29, the RI Council 94 Municipal Conference Board sponsored a Cornhole Tournament to benefit the West Warwick High School Girls' Soccer team.  

Municipal Vice President Joe Riccardi said of the event - "It was a great success.  Municipal Locals from across the state were able to come together and raise over $1,200 to help the West Warwick High School Girls' Soccer Team.  We plan to sponsor more events across the State of Rhode Island in the future to help benefit other communities.  This is what RI Council 94 is all about.  We make RI Happen."

President of RI Council 94, Mike McDonald, stated - "It is great to see members of RI Council 94 finding ways to come together and give back to the communities that we all live and work in.  This is what RI Council 94 stands for and will continue to stand for as we move forward into the years to come.  Thank you to Vice President Joe Riccardi and Sr. Staff Representative Lexi Lyman for all their hard work in putting this successful even together."

On September 9, Municipal Vice President Joe Riccardi and Sr. Staff Representative Lexi Lyman was able to fulfill the teams' wishes when they presented them with their new team jackets purchased with the proceeds from the tournament.
