Brothers and Sisters, It is with great sadness that I regret to inform you of the passing of Brother Edward J. McGovern, 63, who passed on Tuesday, March 17, 2020. Brother McGovern retired from the RI Department of Environmental Management as a Senior Forest Ranger after over 30 years of State service. Brother McGovern will be sorely missed by everyone.
