Brothers and Sisters: It is with great sadness that I regret to inform you of the passing of Sister Rachelle Principe, 73, who passed on Monday, February 1, 2021. Sister Rachelle Principe was a dedicated and hardworking union member of RI Council 94, AFSCME, RI Department of Children, Youth and Families, Local 2876, before retiring on December 31, 2020. She worked as a Customer Service Specialist. Rachelle will be sorely missed by everyone.
